You'll go to the Ask TOM Answer Center in Wilder Tower. Make sure you have a photo ID (Drivers License, State ID, former school student ID, etc.) with you!
-
-
Your first ID is included in your tuition. If it's lost or stolen (or you want another picture -- see below!), you must pay a $10 replacement fee in the Bursar's Office before getting a new ID made.
-
-
Generally, you can still use your old ID. If you have been out of school less than two years, and have lost your ID, you will need to pay the replacement fee. If you have been out of school more than two years, you will not have to pay this fee.
-
-
No ... since your primary status with the University is a student, you'll still have a student ID.
-
-
You'll have to pay a replacement feel of $10 at the Bursar's Office, then take the receipt to the Answer Center and the staff will be able to make you a new one.
-
-
The Answer Center can make IDs Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:00 (we're open Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:30, Friday 8:00-4:30).
-
-
-
You can, but you have to pay a $10 fee at the Bursar's Office, then bring the receipt to the Answer Center.
-
-
Simply bring what you have left of the broken ID to the Answer Center and the friendly staff will be glad to make you a new one at no charge. If you don't have any of your old ID, you'll be charged the $10 replacement fee.
-
-
Bring your old ID to the Answer Center and we will update your information and print you a new card, free of charge (the information must have already been changed through the Registrar's Office).
-
-
You'll go to Human Resources in room 159 of the Administration Building.
-
-
No … since you're not paying the Student Activity Fee, you'll not be able to have the same privileges as regular students. (Unfortunately, faculty/staff are not offered the option of paying the Activity Fee.) Your primary role to the University will be what is stated on your ID.
-
-
Fill out the University Guest ID form and bring it to the Answer Center, along with a photo ID.
-
-
Possibly. Chances are, if you have had an ID made in Wilder Tower, we still have the picture. If your last ID was made in the Administration Building, you'll probably have to take another one.
-
-
-
Bring your ID to the Answer Center and we will be glad to replace this ID at no charge.
-
-
No. Socials used to be printed on the face of the ID but are no longer for your protection.
-
-
It takes approximately a minute and a half to print an ID, and if there is a line, it will be rare that you'll have to wait more than 5 minutes.
